THE DUBAI PROGRAM FOR GAMING HAS ANNOUNCED AN EXCITING NEW OPPORTUNITY FOR ASPIRING GAME DEVELOPERS!

The “Introduction: World Building Using Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN)” program is a short, intensive 15-hour course designed to take participants from beginners and train them to create and publish their own playable experience on Fortnite. 

Guided by Michael Bradbury, the first Unreal Authorized Instructor in the UAE, this course is a gateway for young developers who are looking to take a step towards starting a career in the game development industry.

With extensive experience in developing projects with Unreal Engine and a deep understanding of training, design, and management, Michael is well-equipped to guide learners at all stages of their Unreal journey.

Course Overview

Across the six-day course, here’s what participants will learn about UEFN.

Day One: Get started with UEFN

Day Two: Explore gameplay mechanics

Day Three: Learn the basics of Verse coding

Day Four: Design and build their own game

Day Five: Playtest and publish their creation

Day Six: Unleash their creativity in an epic finale

By the end of the course, participants will have built a playable island in Fortnite, ready to be shared with the world. A digital certificate will be awarded upon completion, highlighting the skills and abilities gained during the course.

Timings:

Monday – Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Saturday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Audience: Ages 13+ (no previous experience necessary)

Location: 3D Printed Office, Emirates Towers, Dubai, UAE

Fees: AED 1,103 per participant

Capacity: 15 seats (first come, first serve)
