Disney’s D23 showcase last weekend revealed Fortnite’s “Absolute Doom” fourth season, which includes iconic Marvel characters like Gwenpool, Doctor Doom and War Machine. 

The new season promises significant battles and expanded player choices, while feature new items and weapons, including Dual Micro SMGs. The trailer hints at new abilities like Captain America’s Shield and War Machine’s Arsenal, while Gwenpool seems to be using Iron Man’s rocket gear.

As part of this event, there will be a range of Marvel-themed skins to unlock if you purchase the Battle Pass, including:

• Fortnite‘s Jonesy as Captain America
• Emma Frost
• Gwenpool
• Peely as Wolverine
• War Machine
• Mysterio
• Doctor Doom
• Meowscles as Sabretooth
• Fishstick as Deadpool

The season kicks off on August 16, with a special Battle Pass Quest in September, which allows players to unlock a newer version of Doctor Doom. Players who visit the island during the remainder of Disney’s D23 event will receive the Peelverine Plush Back Bling and XP in September.
