Play as the God of Thunder with this new Skyrim Add-On

Ever wanted to fly around as the God of Thunder and wield the mighty Mjolnir? Well now you can with this new add-on featured in the Skyrim Creations Menu.
With the addition of the Verified Creator Program developers can upload community-made content and be compensated by Bethesda through Creation Club Credits. This allows creators to earn income from their mods and breathes life back into this now 13 year old game with fresh ideas and compelling stories.

This add-on titled ‘Truth in Legends’ was created by Shoeburglar and is available for purchase for 600 Credits. The add-on inspired by Norse mythology and allows you to wield the power of the god Thor and take on the monsters of Tamriel in an all new way. You can throw the hammer and apply Curse to a target on hit and the hammer will swiftly return to your hand. You can also fire waves and call down bolts of lightning to strike your foes.

How do I fly around like Thor?
While full flight isn’t available in this add-on you can still use the ability ‘Stormtrance’ which will allow you to “skirt along the ground like a god.” In this hover mode you will gain access to new spells such as teleportation and telekinesis.

Alongside the iconic weapon Mjolnir, a new armour set has also been added which looks great and improves Mjolnir by allowing it to bounce to 4 nearby enemies before returning to your hand. Taking damage while this armour set is equipped will also have a chance to strike the attacker with lightning.

How do I obtain Mjolnir?
The only way to obtain Mjolnir is to complete the new dungeon and defeat the legendary boss ‘The Stormherald’ at the end. This new large-sized dungeon can be found Southwest of Cradle Stone Tower though it is recommended to level up your character a bit before trying to take on the dungeon, the recommended level is 25.

The new Creations Menu is filled with creative projects keeping the fans of Skyrim engaged until more news comes out about The Elder Scrolls 6, hopefully we will hear more about the ongoing development of the highly anticipated sequel soon.
