Call of Duty and Warhammer 40K announce crossover event

Iconic franchises unite as the Space Marines join the Call of Duty!

It’s official! Get ready to don the armour of a Space Marine as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III welcomes Warhammer 40,000 into the fray with its Season 2 Reloaded update. This exciting collaboration, confirmed by Games Workshop, promises to bring the best of both worlds together. Here’s what we can expect.

Launching alongside the update are three new Warhammer 40,000 Store Bundles. Leading the charge is the Space Marine bundle, featuring Scout armour Operator Skins inspired by the Ultramarines and Blood Angels 10th Companies, as well as melee weapons reminiscent of the iconic chainsword. Plus, Weapon Blueprints boasting unique Warhammer tracers are also up for grabs.

The Tracer Pack: Warhammer 40,000 Sisters of Battle offers players the chance to deck themselves out in the regalia of the Adepta Sororitas, complete with custom tracers and Weapon Blueprints. Meanwhile, the third bundle lets you gear up in the camouflaged armor of the Kasrkin, along with a Munitorum-issued blade and tracers that mimic the firing of las bolts.

Exciting as they are, these bundles won’t come for free. The Space Marine pack hits the shelves first on March 11th, followed by the other two on March 14th.

But that’s not all! Players who snag the Tracer Pack: Warhammer 40,000 Space Marines Store Bundle will unlock exclusive ‘Ultramar’s Vengeance’ and ‘Baal’s Wrath’ Juggernaut Recon Killstreak Skins, modelled after the legendary power armour of the Ultramarines and Blood Angels.

During the limited-time Juggermosh mode, all players will be clad in Power Armor inspired by the 41st Millennium. However, those who invest in the bundle will retain these Killstreak Skins permanently once the mode wraps up.

For those craving an even deeper dive into the Warhammer 40k universe, the Tracer Pack offers extra Killstreak skins, ensuring a truly immersive gaming experience. Circle March 11th on your calendar for the content drop!
