Just when you think PlayStation’s new mascot has spread all the joy it possibly could, PlayStation surprises us with an exciting new free DLC.

This fall, Astro Bot is getting an incredible update with new online Speed Run levels and brand-new special bots to rescue. If you’re a fan of the platformer like I am, this is huge news.

According to the latest PlayStation Blog post, Astro Bot is set to receive five all-new Speed Run levels, completely free of charge. In addition to the new levels, players will have the chance to rescue 10 new special bots. Players will be able to unlock them by beating birds who challenge you to races, making these rescues even more satisfying.

As someone who absolutely adores Astro Bot and just recently finished the story of the game, this DLC is a nice addition to the already adored game. Watch the trailer now.
